Rudrasinh Ravalji is a software engineer working at the junction of applied AI and large-scale distributed systems. Currently at Calfus Inc., he leads work on agentic platforms for SanDisk — building on-call automation, LangGraph-orchestrated conversation agents, and the gritty infrastructure that makes them production-worthy.

Prior engagements span background-screening pipelines processing 10,000+ court cases daily, data-center migration platforms moving millions of records between Oracle and Postgres, and multi-tenant authentication systems serving 40+ enterprise tenants with SOC 2 Type II rigor.

He holds a Master's in Computer Engineering from New York University and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Professional. The work tends toward a single instinct: make the invisible machinery dependable, observable, and — when the moment calls for it — quietly intelligent.

Built an incident-automation system that intercepts PagerDuty events and routes them through a LangGraph intent-and-entity classifier, deciding whether to invoke MCP tools or legacy APIs. The pipeline reduced Sev-1 MTTR by 60%.

Designed a layered agent mesh — Scheduler, Notification, UserProfile — over Postgres and Redis, with GitOps delivery via ArgoCD + Helm. Release stability and deployment speed up 30%.

Notification pipeline uses Redis queues with checkpointed workers and Twilio Studio (SMS + voice) for SLA-grade delivery. Milvus holds embedded SQL templates and metadata for context-aware retrieval; LangGraph composes the reasoning traces.

Architected a LangGraph Conversation Orchestrator with intent classification, multi-agent delegation across Troubleshooting, Knowledge Retrieval, and Ticket Management, and a Context Composer guardrail layer handling PII redaction, sensitivity routing, and confidence-weighted RAG fusion.

Wired in enterprise integrations: a Glean connector for SharePoint IT knowledge (with pgvector fallback), a ServiceNow MCP server for the full ticket lifecycle, and an Azure OpenAI embeddings pipeline — collectively producing an 85%+ self-resolution rate.

Extended Kafka with a Postgres-backed large-message store to push past the 1 MB payload ceiling; introduced DLQs and dependency-aware rerouting for business-critical jobs. Added real-time monitoring via CronJobs, GCP alerts, and synthetic probes for a 24/7 production surface.

Built a compliance and legal-AI pipeline processing 10,000+ court cases per day, scraping 85+ sites across 28,000 courts (including PACER), and extracting structured entities from legal documents with Mistral-family models.

Designed a high-throughput migration platform shuttling 1M+ records daily across Oracle R12 → Fusion → Postgres. Built dynamic scheduling with retry policies, validation stages, and Slack/email alert channels so ops teams knew exactly what had — and hadn't — made it through.

Architected a secure multi-tenant authentication system on Keycloak + OAuth2, federated with Okta, Ping, Duo, and EntraID across 40+ enterprise clients. Tenant provisioning moved from days of manual work to under 15 minutes via Terraform IaC.

Built admin APIs with strict tenant isolation, JWT validation, custom login flows, and inactivity logouts. Hardened the supply chain with Trivy + ECR image scans and IAM / S3 policy controls in support of SOC 2 Type II compliance.
